Niya is inquisitive, caring, soft-spoken, considerate. She can be calculated when it's needed and albeit with her upbringing, she wouldn't be afraid to get her hands dirty if it meant protecting herself or the ones she loves. Quote: "Be like the moon, the guiding light in the darkness."Born into a family of 5 other siblings her mom being raen her father being a xaela, she came out as half. Niya had quite a rough upbringing. Her and her siblings were always sold off here and there for an evening or two to fund her mother's alcohol and drug addiction. Niya being the second eldest, and her sister Kurenai being the eldest, they were the ones typically sold in pairs as their uniqueness to one another always fetched quite the price for their dear old mom. Around the age of 5 Kurenai had been permanently sold off to a family far away, and Niya herself, had an offer from a highborn an Ishgard.Upon the fateful night in Ishgard, once meeting the man who was to purchase her Niya had an awful feeling. Right before the transaction she screamed as loud as her little body would allow, thus grabbing the attention of another Ishgardian family; House of Montoire's. They offered more than what the other man had offered, in turn treating her as one of their own, sending her to etiquette school, training, schools in magicks, etc. All leading up to her formal title of Lady.After acquiring her title, she had set out to explore and learn more of the world continuing to expand upon her knowledge in every nook and cranny Eorzea and beyond has to offer. During this time while she had been away, her father had hired a new advisor, Monsieur Perigord. This man has been nothing but a thorn in Niya's side, putting her in situations that aren't for the feint of heart. Little does she know that Monsieur is the one who tried to buy her all of those years ago. And is possibly back to get what he's owed.(More in-depth backstory can be found through RP! 21+ to RP please!)
